A few issues has come up with regards to receiving support, so I thought I would address them here. The following tips are designed to allow me to help you in receiving customer support:
If you email support directly (vs. sales), the system is automated. You will get an acknowledgement from unmarked software. If you don't see this acknowledgement, look in your junk mail folder to see if it was filtered out by your email app.
Please make sure you have typed in your email correctly. If you give us a misspelled email, it bounces and we really have no way of contacting you to fix the problem.
Please use the same email address in follow-up responses. If you use a different email address, the system automatically suspends the new message. This can significantly delay any future responses.

TextSoap 7 is ready for Mac OS X Lion. There are no known issues with Mac OS X Lion. As always, you should be using the latest version of TextSoap 7 whenever possible.
TextSoap 7 does not yet take advantage of the newer Lion-only features like full-screen, autosave, etc. I know new Mac OS X Lion users will quickly become accustomed to this Lion functionality and I am looking at how to best implement these Lion-only features.

This should fix the problem, but I'm continuing to investigate this issue to try and find the root cause and avoid this in the future. My apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience while this gets sorted out.

Yes. I'm working on making this easier down, but the steps for now are as follows:
Download TextSoap 6: http://www.unmarked.com/downloads/
Via Web store, purchase a TextSoap 7 license, adding the TextSoap 6 compatibility license option during your purchase. Use the TextSoap 6 license until you move to 10.6 or beyond, then switch to TextSoap 7 and enjoy.
