Under some circumstances, if you trash an earlier release of TextSoap (6.3.0-6.3.2), you may encounter a "DockTile in Use" error. Starting with version 6.3, we tapped into a new option available with Snow Leopard. Unfortunately, there is a glitch in how this is handled. The problem is that a component can remain "in use" for the life of the Dock.
Starting with 6.3.3, TextSoap no longer make use of this option in 10.6, thus eliminating the problem. However, this fix will not address any earlier releases.
The symptom:
A "DockTile in Use" error when emptying the trash.
The solution:
Restart your machine to reset the Dock. The trash can be emptied as the DockTile will no longer be "in use".
Alternatively, you can logout/login to reset your Dock. This will work is most cases.
